Description
A terrace of five houses located on All Saints Street, King’s Lynn, built in the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of brick, now rendered and colourwashed to resemble ashlar. The roofs are covered in slate on number 31, while the others feature concrete corrugated tiles. Each house has two storeys and a dormer attic, with two bays each plus an entrance. Number 31 has a separate entrance on the right side of its front elevation. Houses 32 and 33 have a pair of doors under individual gabled hoods supported by scrolled consoles. Houses 34 and 35 have a single, larger hood covering a single door. Original panelled doors and three-vaned fanlights are present in numbers 32, 34 and 35; the others have 20th-century replacements. Numbers 31 to 33 retain original sash windows with glazing bars, while numbers 34 and 35 have late 20th-century uPVC windows. A blind window sits above the paired doors of houses 32, 34 and 35. A deep dentil eaves cornice runs along the building, although the dentilation is missing from houses 34 and 35. One flat-topped dormer window is present on each house. Brick ridge stacks are located at the divisions between properties and at the east gable.
