Counting House built for and used by The Lynn Bank in 1782, founded by Richard Bartlett, Joseph Gurney, Joseph Taylor and John Birkbeck. Brick. Roof not visible. One storey. Entrance in east gable: pedimented with double-leaf panelled doors beneath a 7-vaned fanlight under a segmental arch. Etiolated Ionic pilasters to doorcase. To left is a plain recessed bay containing one sash window with glazing bars. North elevation consists of a short blind wall right and left, that to west now pierced by a late C19 sash. 3 rendered bays divided by Ionic pilasters and separating 3 round-headed sash windows with glazing bars. Dentil cornice.
