Description

St. Margaret is a cottage dating from the mid-18th century. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth, with most of its infill made of clay lump. The cottage has a thatched roof and is one storey high with a dormer attic. The front of the building has three 19th-century casement windows, each with three lights and a transom. There is one sloping tiled dormer. The gabled roof has a ridge stack positioned to the right of the center. The door is located in the south wall and is flanked by a 19th-century casement window on the right. Additionally, there is a smaller attic window situated below the collar level with a drip shelf.
