Description

Cleobury Cottage is a late 18th-century house constructed of brick with a pantile gabled roof. It follows a lobby entrance plan, with one storey and a dormer attic. The front features a central door flanked by a window, all set beneath segmental arches. Two further casement windows are located on the ground floor, also set under segmental arches, and there are three sloping dormers with casements above. All windows are from the late 20th century. A ridge stack is positioned over the door. An outbuilding with a hipped roof abuts the north-west wall. The building is included on the list for its group value.
