Farmhouse. Late C17 with mid C19 range to west. Timber framed, plastered, east gable wall faced in C20 brick, pantile roof, the west end hipped. 2 storeys and attics, 2 cell lobby entrance plan. South elevation, central doorway. C20 door beneath canopy. 2 replaced ground floor casements, 5 1st floor small panel casements. 2 attic dormer casements. Central axial brick stack. North elevation, single storey outshut, flint, red brick dressings, red pantile roof, various C19 casements. Interior: 4 centre arched brick fireplace, winder stair against stack, some early C18 2 panel raised, fielded doors, 2 main ground floor bridging beams with simple stop chamfers. Roof, probably mid C19. West range. Gault brick hipped roof, asbestos cladding. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 bay facade, central doorway, 6 panel door, single pane rectangular over- light. 12 pane sashes with glazing bars under flat rubbed and gauged brick arches. Dog leg staircase with wreathed handrail.
