Description

This is an 18th-century building, altered subsequently, located on the east side of High Street. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, and has a machine tiled roof with a corbelled brick cornice. The building is two storeys high and features eight flush sash windows on the first floor, along with one oriel casement bay window. Modern shop fronts are present, with those at numbers 53 and 55 projecting outwards. Numbers 47 to 63 on the odd numbers form a group.
