Description

This is an early 19th-century house on Port Hill, Hertfordshire. It is constructed of brown brick laid in a Flemish bond pattern. The roof is hipped and covered with Welsh slate, featuring a brown brick chimney stack topped with orange earthenware pots.

The front elevation has two storeys and a single, triple sash window. The window has a 4:12:4-pane configuration, with the upper sashes incorporating Gothic tracery. These upper sashes are set within a recessed arch with orange rubbed brick. An entrance is located on the left side of the building.

The interior has not been inspected. The building forms the westernmost part of a long, narrow terrace of properties numbered 9A to 9D, which are not included in this listing.
