Description
This is an 18th-century building, later altered in the 19th century, located on Piccott’s End. It is constructed of red brick with a hipped roof covered in old red tiles. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and has five flush casement windows featuring glazing bars. The ground floor windows are set within cambered arches. A two-window central projection, single-storey in height, is set forward and has a roof of Welsh slate. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of numbers 140 to 150 on Piccott’s End.
