Description

Nos. 16-18 Parsonage Downs is a house that has been converted into two dwellings. It dates from the late 17th century and is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped with a hipped roof made of red plain tiles. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range with 20th-century casement windows. Simple canopies are present above the doors. There is an original central chimney stack made of red brick, which has been partly rebuilt at the top. At the south end, there is a one-storey and attic range that includes a gabled dormer.
