Description
Anser Gallow's Farmhouse is a timber-framed and plastered farmhouse dating from around 1600. The building has undergone alterations to its exterior in the 19th century and features modern wood casement windows. It is two storeys high with three large bays, the central bay containing a brick chimney stack. There is a service bay extension at the east end, along with a rear stair wing and modern extensions. The roofs are gabled and covered with clay tiles. A large 19th-century ridge stack with three square shafts and dentil capping is present. The front of the house has a small gabled porch with barge boards.
