Description

A row of six workmens cottages dating from the early 19th century, built by William Bacon. The cottages have grey slate roofs and walls constructed of flint with red brick dressings. They have a ten-window frontage. The lower windows and plain doors are topped with red brick arches. The windows are small-paned cast iron casements, some with Gothic heads. Kitchen extensions are visible at the rear. Three red brick chimney stacks rise from the roof ridge.
