Description

Broomfield Cottage is a small timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 17th to 18th century, with a later block added to the north end. The cottage was renovated in the 20th century, and the timber framing is exposed on the south block. It has one storey and attics, featuring small casement windows with leaded lights. The roofs are tiled and half hipped at both the north and south ends, with two gabled dormer windows. Inside, there are some exposed timber elements.
