Bankside is a timber-framed and plastered building, likely dating from the 17th to 18th century, which has been renovated and altered in the 20th century. The southeast end features weatherboarding. Originally a cottage block, it is now a single tenement. The building has one storey and attics, with 20th-century casement windows. The roof is thatched and half hipped, adorned with three dormers on the front and two central chimney stacks.
