Description

Peartrees is a late 16th century or early 17th century house featuring gabled crosswings. The building is timber framed and plastered, topped with a red plain tile roof. It stands two storeys high and has a three-window range with modern leaded casements. On the ground floor, there are two bay windows, each with red plain tile roofs. The house includes a gabled porch that also has a red plain tile roof and a single gabled dormer. An original red brick chimney stack with diagonal shafts has been partially rebuilt in the 19th century.
