This house, formerly known as Aviss, is located approximately 73 yards to the north-east of Dellows House in Ugley. It was originally built in the 17th century and features a timber-framed and plastered structure. The building has been renovated and altered over time. It consists of one storey and attics, with leaded casement windows. The roof is tiled and was reconstructed after a fire. Inside, the house showcases exposed timber-framing and an open fireplace.
