Description
Walton's Cottages is an early 17th century red brick building that has been renovated in the 20th century. It stands two storeys high and features a seven-window range, primarily consisting of three-light casements with leaded lights, some of which are one and two-light windows, all set in stone surrounds. The roof is tiled and displays a diaper pattern across the entire front. The building has two original central chimney stacks; one stack has four shafts, with the two inner shafts being octagonal and the two outer shafts square and set diagonally, while the other stack has two octagonal shafts.
