Description

This is a headstone located 3.5 metres south of the southeast corner of the chancel at the Church of All Saints in Dovercourt. It dates from the 19th century and is made of sandstone. The headstone features a segmental carved top with ogee shoulders. The top of the face is decorated with a low relief carving of angels and a sunburst, although the inscription has become worn over time.
