Description

Broadmore is a 15th to 16th century timber-framed and plastered house that has been altered in the 17th and 19th centuries. It has one storey and attics, featuring casement windows. The roof is thatched but covered with corrugated iron. Inside, there are exposed timber framing ceiling beams and joists. A winder staircase remains in its original position and retains some hewn treads from the original staircase. The lower part of the chimney stack is made of 17th century brickwork.
