Description

Bream's Farmhouse is an early 15th-century timber-framed and plastered house, built around 1415. It features a central hall with cross wings at both the east and west ends. The building underwent alterations in the 16th century and was expanded in the 17th century. The upper storey of both cross wings juts out at the front. The farmhouse has two storeys and a three-window range, with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars. The roof is tiled, and the central block has a small gable, while the wings are hipped at the rear. Inside, the house showcases exposed timber framing and well-crafted moulded ceiling beams.
