Description
Church Cottage is a cottage dating to the early 16th century, with alterations made in the 17th century. It is timber-framed and plastered, with a thatched roof. A red brick ridge stack is present. The cottage is one storey high with an attic; the roof on the right-hand side is higher. A 19th-century door with six panels, half of which are glazed, is set within the facade. There are three ground floor windows of varying sizes, featuring glazing bars. A single eyebrow dormer window contains a sixteen-paned hung sash. A sale notice from 1758 survives.
