Description

The National Westminster Bank, located at 92 High Street in Huntingdon, was built around 1870. It is constructed of gault brick with rendered dressings and some stone elements. The building features three tall storeys and five bays, displaying some Venetian Gothic details. The ground floor includes three windows flanked by doors, all topped with elliptical arches. The bays are separated by plain columns with stiff-leaf capitals. The entrance features six-panel double doors with iron grilles, masked keystones, and a modillion cornice. The upper sashes have bracketed heads and cills. The cornice, parapet, and roof are not visible.
