Description

This is a mid-19th century house located on the south side of High Street in Warboys. It is constructed of gault brick with a low-pitched slate roof featuring a dentil eaves cornice. The house is three stories high, with band courses delineating the storeys. The facade has two hung sash windows and one central blind window on each floor. Modern windows have been installed at ground floor level. A side entry is present, and the building has a flat canopy supported by carved brackets.
