Description

Keepers Lodge is a mid-19th century Tudor Gothic gamekeeper's cottage designed in an L-plan. It is constructed from local brick with stone detailing and features a plain tiled roof adorned with fleur-de-lys ridge tiles and gable end parapets supported by kneelers. The gable ends are topped with stone finials. The cottage has a side stack on the northeast with three linked octagonal shafts and stands two storeys tall. On the upper floor, there is one casement window with margin lights and diamond pattern glazing bars set in a square head, accompanied by a moulded label with plain return stops. The ground floor includes a canted bay with similar casements and a doorway featuring a moulded label, though the door itself is modern.
