Description
The barn located to the northwest of Anglesey Abbey dates back to the early 16th century. It is primarily timber-framed, with the east wall rebuilt in clunch rubble, likely during the 19th century. While the exact number of bays is uncertain due to the conversion of the north end for domestic use, it has at least nine bays. The roof remains intact and features crown-post construction, with plain, unmoulded heads on the posts and curved bracing supporting the collar purlin.
