Description

Little Mollands is an early 19th-century house constructed of grey gault brick and topped with a grey slate hipped roof. The building is two storeys high and has a square plan, featuring central wall chimney stacks. It has a three-window range with double-hung vertical sliding sashes that include glazing bars and stucco arches. A stucco band runs along the building. There is a modern porch at the entrance, which has an original semi-circular fanlight above the door.
