Description
No 246 in Longthorpe is an 18th-century building that has one storey and attics. It is constructed of rubble with a thatched roof. The building features two dormers that break the eaves, with casement windows that have glazing bars. There are ashlar quotas and window architraves, and two windows that include keystones, along with metal casements that also have glazing bars. The entrance has a plain door set within an ashlar rusticated architrave. The left-hand section of the building has a Welsh slate roof and one window with a wooden lintel, featuring a metal casement with glazing bars. Additionally, there are two brick chimneys. Nos 224 and 246 form a group.
