Description
The Three Tuns Public House, located on Arlesey High Street, is an 18th-century timber-framed public house. The structure is colourwashed with roughcast render, and has a thatched roof, half-hipped at the west end. The building originally comprised three rooms, with one storey and attics, and presents a gable end to the road. It features a variety of small casement windows with glazing bars. An eyebrow dormer is present on the north elevation, and a 20th-century porch has been added to the north side. Red brick chimney stacks are visible; one rises from the ridge, with one at each gable end. A single-storey addition, weatherboarded and thatched with casement windows, adjoins the east gable end.
