Church Farmhouse is a 16th-century building located on Church End in Totternhoe. The structure features a red brick ground floor and a timber-framed first floor with red brick nogging. It stands two storeys tall and has an old clay tile roof. The façade includes two casement windows, and there is a canted bay window on the left side of the ground floor. A modern porch has been added to the entrance.
