Description

The Golden Bell Public House is an early 18th-century building that has been altered from an earlier structure featuring a timber framework and brick nogging on the back elevation. The front elevation is made of red brick and is topped with an old tiled roof that has gabled casement dormers. The building has two storeys and attics, with four Yorkshire casement windows. The ground floor features cambered relieving arches and two bay windows, with a modern canted bay window in the center and a late 18th-century or early 19th-century canted bay window on the left.
