Description

Lane's Cottage is a 17th-century building that features a timber frame with whitewashed brick nogging. It is one storey high with attics and has a thatched roof, designed in an L-shape. The gable end faces the road. The east wing has modern casement windows, while the east elevation of the main block includes two Yorkshire casements. The south gable end and the west elevation are constructed from red and vitrified brick.
