Description

Kensworth House is a late 19th-century building featuring roughcast exterior. The main block is two storeys high with a hipped Welsh slate roof. To the right, there is a one-storey extension that has a half-hipped roof. The ground floor is adorned with five full-height sash windows that have fine glazing bars, and there is a decorative band on the first floor. The entrance porch is supported by columns and has a decorated canopy. On the left side and part of the rear of the main block, there is an open verandah with wooden tracery. Inside, the house includes a staircase and some windows that are believed to have been taken from a house in Baling where Queen Victoria lived as a child.
