Description
Holly Trees is a 17th-century building located on Kensworth Common Road. It features gable ends and a ground floor made of whitewashed brick, while the first floor has timber-framed side elevations with whitewashed brick nogging. The building has two storeys and is topped with an old clay tile roof. The windows are modern leaded casements.
