Description
Nos 33 and 35 on North Street in Leighton Buzzard are a pair of buildings dating from 1873, built as an addition to the Wilkes Almshouses. They are designed in a Tudor style, featuring ashlar and squared rubble construction. The buildings are two storeys tall and have a Welsh slated roof with a large gable that projects on the left side. The windows are 2:1 flush lattice casements. These properties are included in the listing for their group value, as they form a cohesive group with Nos 33 to 51 (odd).
