Description

The Market House is a late 17th century or 18th century market building located in Harrold. It features an open octagonal shelter topped with a conical tiled roof that rests on an entablature supported by simplified Doric wooden posts, with stone bases. At the top, there is an octagonal cupola adorned with miniature columns and an entablature, which has a flatter pitched conical lead roof crowned by a wrought iron weather-vane.
