Description

Grafton Mill House is an 18th-century brick cottage located on Worcester Road in Grafton Flyford. It features a tile roof with gable ends, although the south-facing pitch has been updated with new tiles. The cottage has brick dentil eaves and is a single storey with an attic, which includes two modern gabled attic dormers. On the ground floor, there are two modern metal frame casement windows and a modern porch with a tiled roof. The building also has brick chimney stacks and a rear wing.
