Description

Fern Dairy, formerly known as "Yewcot," is a building dating from around 1600. It features a timber frame with painted brick set on a stone foundation and stands two stories tall. The gabled ends have overhangs supported by exposed soffit timbers and curved brackets. There is a stone stack on the side with a brick shaft, and the roof is thatched. Fern Dairy is part of a group of listed buildings along Manor Lane on both the east and west sides.
