Description

This is a range of six late 18th or early 19th century houses at 53 to 61 Port Street, forming a group. The houses are built of painted stone, with No. 61 having a roughcast finish. They are three storeys high, with six sash windows, typically featuring glazing bars. The eaves are plain and the roofs are slate, though some tiles are present. Later 19th century and modern shop fronts have been added.
