Description

Lower Wolverton Hall is an early 18th-century, three-storey mansion constructed of red brick. The building features six windows, two of which are blocked, and a moulded wooden doorcase topped with a curved pediment. The south elevation displays seven windows on each storey, with quoins and a parapet. Inside, there is a contemporary staircase and fittings. This hall was the seat of the Acton family. Lower Wolverton Hall, along with a barn and an outbuilding, forms a group.
