Description

No. 63 Vicar Street is an early 19th-century building featuring engraved cement. It stands two storeys tall and has three windows, one of which is a sash that has been replaced by a later casement, while another window lacks glazing bars. The ground storey windows have segmental lintels. The entrance is framed by a stone Tuscan pilaster doorcase, which includes a triglyph frieze, cornice, and a six-panelled door. The building has brick modillion eaves and a slate roof. At the time of inspection in 1975, it was noted to be in need of repair. This building is included for its group value with Nos. 61 to 63 Vicar Street, which form a cohesive group.
