Description

The Baptist Chapel, built in 1884 by G and I Steane of Coventry, is a notable example of Nonconformist architecture in the City. It features a polychromatic design in a Perpendicular style, constructed of red brick with Bath stone dressings. The chapel includes a north-east tower, and the entrance front on the north side is highlighted by a large traceried window. It is considered one of the finest Nonconformist chapels in the area.
