Description

Maes y Lledr is a building dating from the late 19th century or early 20th century, designed in a restrained Queen Anne style. It is constructed of red brick and features a tall hipped stone slate roof with a moulded and dentil cornice, along with three hipped dormers. The building has two storeys and attics, with a central two-storey canted bay. The façade is arranged in a 3:3:3 pattern of flush sash windows, which are set under keystones and stone flat arches. On the east side elevation, there is a cut bracketed door hood designed by C E Bateman.
