Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building on York Street, Edgbaston. It is a two-storey, two-bay stucco building with a slate roof and a moulded eaves cornice. The ground floor has banded rustication and includes a modern door with a fanlight, flanked by pilasters with an entablature, and a window. A moulded band runs along the first floor level. The first floor has two sash windows with glazing bars.
