Description

The cross in the churchyard, located 14 yards south of the door to the chancel, dates from around the 14th century. It features a square base that rests on three octagonal steps. The corners of the base are intricately carved with a male head and shoulders in deep relief, although three of these carvings are significantly damaged. A short length of square moulded shaft is set into the base.
