Description

Rocklands is a late 18th-century former farmhouse located in Fulford. The building is constructed of red brick and stands two storeys high. It features three casement windows with cambered heads and an early 19th-century moulded wood doorcase that has a pointed arched head and a ledged door. The eaves are toothed, and the roof is tiled. Inside, the ground storey rooms have exposed ceiling beams. There is also an early 19th-century wing at the rear of the building.
