Description

Old House Farmhouse is a 17th-century building featuring a timber frame with cement rendered brick infilling. It stands two storeys tall, with the upper storey slightly overhanging on a plain bressummer. The farmhouse has wood casement windows, which have generally been renewed with modern leaded lights. The front of the house has three windows and showcases good exposed timber framing, decorated with motifs of balusters and barbed lozenges. There is a plain doorway with a modern ledged door and plain eaves, topped with tiles. Inside, some ceiling beams and panelling are exposed, although they are not in their original positions.
