Description

Sutton House is an 18th-century brick building with a tiled roof and brick stacks. It features a modillion eaves cornice and stands two storeys tall. The front has four sash windows, with a canted bay window on the right. A flat brick stringcourse runs along the building, and there is a Doric-style porch with a curved front and an iron rail parapet.
