Description

Horseshoe Farmhouse and Horseshoe Cottages, located on Hilderstone Road in Hilderstone, date from the 18th century and later. The farmhouse, positioned on the left side, is built of red brick and features one storey plus an attic, with two segmental headed casement windows, two gabled dormers, and a plain doorway with a ledged door. The cottages, which extend to the right, are early 19th century and have similar windows and plain doorways, with two of them having ledged doors. They also feature toothed eaves and are roofed with tiles. This group of buildings is included for their collective historical value.
