This is an early 17th-century house located on King Street, Birmingham. The building is timber-framed and brick, with a tiled roof and brick stacks. It is two storeys high with an attic. The front elevation has two gables, two casement windows, and a canted bay window incorporating a shop front on the ground storey. A two-storey timber-framed wing extends along Victoria Street, featuring two renewed casement windows, two renewed gabled dormers, and exposed timber framing in the gable end. The interior retains exposed ceiling beams.
