Description

Church House is a 16th-century building that features a timber frame with limewashed brick and plaster infilling. It stands two storeys tall with closely spaced vertical framing. The gable facing the churchyard has a pronounced overhang supported by brick buttresses, and it includes a moulded bressumer and stout corner brackets. There is an old oriel window on the ground floor that has been blocked, while a casement window above retains its original moulded sill. The attic features a carved bressumer. The rear facades, which date from the 18th century, are roughcast.
