Description
Corner Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a 20th-century concrete tile roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, along with a two-storey rear wing.
The northeast front displays a dentil brick eaves cornice, parapeted gable ends, and external brick end stacks. There are three gabled eaves dormers and the facade consists of three bays with segmental-headed two- and three-light wooden mullioned and transomed casements. The central entrance door has six flush panels, a pegged frame, a two-light rectangular overlight, and a flat hood supported by shaped brackets. Stone steps lead up to the door, accompanied by plain wrought-iron handrails.
The rear wing features a parapeted gable end, an integral brick end stack, and a corner stair tower with a first-floor two-light casement and a leaded attic casement. The interior has not been inspected.
